Our client is one of Asias most vibrant and progressive independent media houses. Our portfolio includes a variety of successful regional publishing brands in lifestyle and luxury markets across Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO Sales Manager for our company's agency arm, who will be responsible for the retention and growth of SEO accounts assigned to them. This includes strengthening existing relationships with existing clients. The SEO Sales manager works closely with the SEO team to deliver a high standard of selling, account servicing, and excellent SEO Sales executives to handle the day-to-day operations like project management, client relationships, and up-selling to current customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, implement sales strategies, and develop new business leads and opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research with a focus on, but not limited to Small and Medium Business (SMB) clients to achieve revenue goals
  • Build, expand the network, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and increase revenue through regular contact via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
  • Create sales opportunities and get new clients such as cold calling, LinkedIn,
  • networking, EDM, etc.
  • Sales-driven management of accounts to retain and grow the portfolio to achieve the renewal revenue target set for the year
  • Act as the single point of contact between client and agency on Content/SEO-related engagement
  • Understand clients' businesses/brands to provide recommendations in Content/SEO to achieve marketing objectives
  • Attend campaign briefs with clients
  • Liaise with internal departments to deliver tasks necessary for client onboarding, and campaigns
  • Review and raise initiatives to improve client's digital campaign performance
  • Working in a team of account managers and strategists by helping define the scope and recommended approach for our clients
  • Play an advisory role on client engagements, serving as a digital strategy advisor to both account managers (internal) and clients (external)
  • Periodically participate in evaluating the digital health of current clients (at least once a month)

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Content Marketing/SEM/SEO and a proven track record of
  • driving sales and business growth
  • Strong understanding of Content Marketing/SEM/SEO best practices and strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Thai and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Good to excellent understanding of Search Engine algorithms and technicalities
  • Experience in SEO tools or programs including but not limited to Google Analytics,
  • Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush
  • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
  • Needs to be sales-driven and comfortable in achieving renewal revenue growth
  • Experience in understanding the needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions
  • Able to work on multiple accounts including analysis of data on a daily basis
  • Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization would be preferable
