We are looking for a Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading a high-performing beauty industry sales team, driving growth through innovative strategies, fostering a positive team culture, leveraging B2B experience to build strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, demonstrating product passion, ensuring team expertise, maintaining operational excellence, actively engaging in the field, and managing the budget strategically

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth within the beauty industry

  • Set clear expectations, provide ongoing training, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.

  • Leverage your B2B sales experience to build and maintain strong relationships with beauty industry clients, distributors, and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and work collaboratively with the team to secure partnerships

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for makeup and beauty products

  • Provide ongoing product training to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to represent our brand

  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all sales operations and customer interactions

  • Implement processes to maintain high standards in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction

  • Take an active role in the field by participating in client meetings, presentations, and sales activities

  • Manage the sales department budget effectively, making strategic decisions to optimize resources

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the beauty industry

  • B2B sales experience, with account management skills in the makeup or beauty sector will be a plus

  • Personable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car for business travel
