Our client is the largest SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia, expanding into a leading SME neobank. We are licensed and registered in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and operating in Vietnam, and backed by Sequoia India, Softbank Vision Fund and SMBC bank amongst many others. They provide business financing to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which is funded by individual and institutional investors.
About the Role
You will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategy including forecast to achieve at proper price level and company risk appetite. Keeping abreast with industry trends, related regulations and competitors activities. Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, leading presentations with key business stakeholders, motivating and ensuring a highly effective sales team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with members of the Marketing and PR team to penetrate key markets
Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention
Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities
Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization's goals.
Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
Establish guidelines to manage customer relationships
Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue
Influence senior stakeholders within customers' organizations and premier borrowers in the industry
Investigate factors impacting sales performance
Leverage innovations to maximize revenue of traditional and digital assets and products
Monitor changes in the industry and leverage them for business opportunities
Outline objectives in key target areas such as sales volume, market share, distribution channels and profit margins to guide promotions and sponsorships
Participate in forums to align with new changes in the industry and practices
Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs
Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts
Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets
Provide input to the Content Development team based on customer and industry feedback
Recommend changes in pricing structures in product lines or products
Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports
Qualifications
Analytical Skills: ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights
Account Management: experience in maintaining relationships with key accounts and providing excellent customer service
Sales: experience in sales and achieving growth targets
Team Management: experience in managing a team and providing guidance for professional development
Sales Management: experience in developing sales strategies, executing plans, and analyzing sales data
Communication Skills: Strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Good understanding of market and competitor landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Thai and English
Experience in SME Lending or A/P & A/R Financing for at least 8 years
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in startup environment or have experience launching new business is a plus

Working Conditions
This is a full-time position based in Phaya Thai area, Bangkok.
Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
