About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, your main focus will be on managing the content, for both organic and paid (in collaboration with an external agency and influencers). Creativity and a eye for winning designs is crucial, but ideally you can also dive into the basic data to see what works and what doesnt, so you can improve from there.
Responsibilities
Content Marketing:
Collaborate closely with the brand team to curate content for brand social media and digital advertising campaigns
Manage the brand's content calendar to ensure timely campaign execution
Coordinate with the design team to develop visually compelling content
Drive social media fan base growth by consistently delivering engaging content
Contribute to the creation of creative marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, the company website, and email
Monitor and evaluate content performance to optimise both organic and paid reach
Propose innovative strategies to promote company offerings and engage consumers through social media platforms
KOL Management:
Develop and execute strategies to engage and build relationships with KOLs through various channels, including social media, email, events, and one-on-one meetings.
Track and analyse KOL engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of KOL programs and initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports on KOL activities and performance to internal stakeholders.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging KOLs to continuously refine and optimise KOL management strategies.
Performance Marketing:
Work closely with media agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule
Enhance Return on Advertising Spend (ROAs) by conducting collaborative brainstorming sessions and implementing conversion tests
Monitor project statuses and budgets rigorously
Analyse content quality and determine optimal ad placements
Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to track campaign performance
Utilise marketing data analysis, including campaign results and conversion rates, to inform future marketing strategies
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communications, or related field
Have a good team spirit and sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, strong enterprising spirit, and self-driving force
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work in ambiguity, and thrive in fast-paced environments
Outstanding communication skill
Passion for Digital Marketing, MarTech, and New Technology
Proficiency in English and Thai (Chinese is an advantage)

Working Condition
This full-time position is located at Sleep Matters Co., Ltd's office, which is situated on the third floor of Click Denim Building, Room 305, at 393 Soi Sukhumvit 63, Klongton-Nuer Watthana, Bangkok (Ekkamai Soi 19).
Office hours are scheduled from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, and require full-time on-site work.
