About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies. You will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a positive work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

  • Administer employee benefits and compensation plans, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with labor regulations.

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and company values.

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.

  • Maintain HR records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data.

  • Support organizational development and culture enhancement initiatives.

  • Monitor HR metrics to measure effectiveness and propose improvements.


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.

  • Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR legal compliance.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Thailand.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

  • HR certification is a plus.
