The company is the fastest-growing Thailand-based food tech startup. Providing a food supply platform, streamlining the entire food chain process, and aggregating 10,000+ food supply items for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers all while delivering them to your doorstep. Improving efficiency, simplicity, and transparency throughout the process.

You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy to ensure inventory integrity. Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers. Manage a team of at least hundred of members effectively. Implement cost control measures to optimize expenses. Utilize problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and improve efficiency


Responsibilities

  • Operation: Oversee day-to-day operations of the distribution center, including receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Analyze expenses related to labor, equipment, supplies, and overhead, and implement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality and service levels
  • Manpower Analysis: Assess staffing needs based on workload and demand forecasts. Conduct manpower analysis to optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation. Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, minimize overtime, and reduce turnover
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and accuracy. Implement lean principles and best practices to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve throughput
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize accidents and ensure the well-being of all employees
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and exceed customer expectations. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication. Address any issues or concerns that may impact distribution center operations or customer satisfaction
    

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or distribution center operations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis, manpower planning, and process optimization
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving cost savings in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and logistics software
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in a warehouse or distribution setting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
