Your responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO to develop a marketing plan and calendar, leading brand campaigns on social media and marketplaces, and ensuring marketing content aligns with brand standards to drive top-line growth.

Additionally, responsibilities include monitoring industry trends, proposing promotions, overseeing online platforms, analyzing consumer insights, and managing a high-performing marketing team while fostering a collaborative culture and building external partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with the CEO to develop a marketing plan and calendar which will align with new product launches and brand objectives
  • Lead the execution of brand campaigns on social media and marketplace
  • Ensure that all marketing content and materials meet the brands standards. Drive top-line growth
  • Coordinate with both online and offline team to ensure brand consistency in all channels.
  • Prepare product info for Sales team and communicate changes over time
  • Propose a responsible A&P budget and operate within the set KPI. Track and control monthly expenses
  • Conduct brand health checks and consumer insight analysis
  • Continuously improve brand communications and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor industry and consumer trends to stay ahead of the competition and adapt marketing strategies accordingly
  • Propose monthly promotions and campaigns to promote revenue growth in brands own channel (Facebook, Line, TikTok, Website)
  • Balance pricing between all the channels both offline and online
  • Oversee the development and management of the company's website, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels
  • Understand the relationship between each metric.
  • Provide guidance and make decisions on online media strategy to make sure that the KPI targets are met
  • Communicate new findings and insights with Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales Team
  • Identify partnership opportunities that will fuel brand growth, think outside the box
  • Plan and implement consumer events related to priority products and new A Launches
  • Coordinate store events(Watsons, Beautrium , Eve&Boy, etc.). Negotiate co-sharing, in-store promotions, and event mechanics
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure the success of each event
  • Evolve customer loyalty program and grow brand membership base
  • Create compelling activities and promotions to keep members engaged
  • Leverage membership data to improve product and service
  • Pinpoint opportunities for growth and improvement, analyze, and share data-driven insights
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the marketing department and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, business administration, or related field
  • At least 5 years experience in marketing, preferably in skincare and cosmetics industry
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful product launches and developing a
    comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales
  • Data-driven decision-making attitude. Good with numbers and Excel
  • Hands-on leader with strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional
    teams and external partners
  • Efficient in written and verbal English
  • Love to learn and grow
