As Sales Executive (HoReCa), your responsibilities involve implementing sales and marketing activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, coordinating with internal departments, gathering market intelligence, suggesting competitive activities, distribution, and pricing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing activities as per set targets and business plans for the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs, and review sales performance, aiming to exceed targets
  • Be responsible for merchandising activities within the assigned territory
  • Update the team with timely and accurate market reports
  • Suggest competitive activities, distribution, and pricing strategies
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure good quality service to customers and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the timely processing of invoices and collections from customers, in coordination with the Finance Department and as per company policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
    2-5 years of experience as a sales executive, preferably in the HORECA industry
  • A proven track record of success in sales
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Results-oriented, passionate, energetic, and positive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
