With an app developed and legalities in place, The company has positioned itself as a key player in the O2O (Online to Offline) service space. Operating from its centrally located office in Phuket, it is on a mission to provide quick, efficient, and tailored on-demand solutions that help users manage their daily tasks seamlessly.
About the Role
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, managing P&L, recruitment, and onboarding of service providers. This hands-on role involves driving business growth, optimizing processes, and collaborating with co-founders to scale the company in the O2O market.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth objectives, increase market share, and enhance brand reputation.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of operations, including customer acquisition, service delivery, vendor management, and financial performance.
Team Management: Recruit, hire, and lead a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Experience: Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, resolving issues promptly, and implementing feedback mechanisms.
Technology Integration: Leverage technology to streamline operations, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.
Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to expand the business's reach and offerings.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and local authorities.
Drive the business forward as if it were your own, managing all aspects of daily operations
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in operational roles, ideally in an O2O service environment
Strong background in P&L management and business development
Solid interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to recruit, onboard, and manage teams
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs
Familiarity with tech-driven businesses (e.g., apps, online platforms) is an advantage
Previous experience with other O2O services companies is highly desirable.
Highly motivated, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Language Proficiency
Native Thai and fluent in English
