Responsibilities
Source and identify compelling new investment opportunities.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, including market research, financial modeling, and competitor analysis.
Build a strong investment thesis and present compelling cases to the investment committee.
Actively participate in deal negotiation and execution.
Manage and maintain relationships with startup founders and industry players.
Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and problem-solving.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Analyst or Associate in top tier Investment Banking, Consulting or Venture Capital / CVC / corporate development
Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise Excel proficiency is a must.
Business acumen and a passion for disruptive technologies and innovation.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ideally a demonstrated track record of deal sourcing and due diligence execution.
A strong network of relationships with startup founders is an advantage.
Native Thai, Fluent English
