About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and sharp CEO Office to support the CEO in both strategic and operational capacities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing startup environment and wants to be at the heart of business decision-making.
You will act as a right hand to the CEO managing key initiatives, driving special projects across departments, and ensuring the CEOs office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution (e.g. new product launch, partnerships, investor materials)
 - Coordinate internal operations and ensure alignment across key teams
 - Manage the CEOs calendar, travel, and communications (as needed)
 - Conduct business research, prepare briefing documents, decks, or reports
 - Represent the CEO in internal meetings and follow up on key action points
 - Build systems or processes that improve team productivity or visibility
 - Help manage investor relations and board communications
 
Qualifications
- 2+ years in business operations, consulting, project management, or executive support
 - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action
 - Highly trustworthy and discreet; able to handle confidential information
 - Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
 - Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow with the company
 
Language Proficiency
- Fluent English
