Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Provide regular updates on account performance and pipeline development
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a senior account management or business development role, preferably in the fintech or software industry
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing enterprise-level accounts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with C-level executives
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex client environments
Proficient in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
