About the Role

As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth in the Thailand market. This is a critical role that will require you to work closely with the CEO, the senior management team, and the global marketing team to align your efforts with the overall company objectives. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our business in Thailand, and we are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven individual to take on this challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Thailand market, including brand positioning, product marketing, digital marketing, and customer engagement

  • Lead the planning and execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and target audience

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and continuously optimize our marketing approach

  • Manage the Thailand marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure the successful delivery of marketing objectives

  • Collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's digital assets, including the website, social media channels, and online advertising platforms

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies and investments

  • Represent the company's marketing efforts in public forums, industry events, and media engagements

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful leadership experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing role, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry

  • Extensive experience in the Thailand market, with a deep understanding of the local consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and marketing best practices

  • Exceptional strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies

  • Strong creative and technical skills, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Native Thai, Fluent English
