About the Role

As our Operations Director, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for driving the operational excellence and efficiency that underpins our multi-brand retail business. You will be a strategic and hands-on leader, ensuring that our internal processes, systems, and infrastructure are optimized to support the company's growth, enhance customer experiences, and foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies and policies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability across our retail network and distribution channels

  • Oversee the management of all operational functions, including supply chain, inventory management, logistics, IT, and project management

  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions to optimize operational performance and responsiveness

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with the company's overall strategic goals and initiatives, including sustainability and community engagement efforts

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous operational improvement

  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, retail best practices, and internal policies and procedures

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the operations team


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior operations or operations management role, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry

  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing complex, multi-channel retail operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making

  • Strong project management and change management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate and execute on multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Proficient in the implementation and optimization of omnichannel operational systems, processes, and technologies

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a diverse team

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
