About the Role

In this role, you will establish trust and leadership with clients to craft personal branding solutions. You will innovate unique branding strategies, explore new opportunities, and work with the SEO arm. Leading a team of strategists, you will ensure successful strategy execution and collaborate with sales to attract new business. You will spearhead commercial initiatives, manage growth plans, and promote a collaborative culture. Furthermore, you will oversee the pitching process, from client briefs to monthly strategy calls and meetings.


Responsibilities

  • Build trust, leadership and insight with clients and partners to develop personal branding offerings to clients
  • Think creatively to develop fresh perspectives and unique branding strategies tailored to each client
  • Identify new target audiences, product offerings, and commercial opportunities
  • Work closely with the company's SEO arm in pitching combined projects and developing strong personal branding and marketing strategies
  • Lead a team of strategists, ensuring our strategy is implemented well across our products
  • Acting as a proactive member of the strategy team, partnering with sales to help win new business and clients
  • Drive the personal branding business through new commercial initiatives, including growth plans, resource allocation, and financial management
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence, ensuring that the agency's teams work together effectively and deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Lead and manage the entire pitching process, starting from understanding the client brief, developing proposals, to conducting monthly strategy calls and meetings with clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

  • 7+ years of experience

  • Understanding of the luxury industry, digital marketing, and pricing strategies
  • Strong presentation skills, comfortable in a client-facing capacity

  • Excellent digital marketing skills with a focus on social media (IG, TikTok) and Paid
  • Media (Meta business) that help you to translate creative campaigns into clear ROI-driven proposals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues
  • Strong financial acumen and business planning skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models
