They have redefined their retail with a "Fit by Day, Fun by Night" concept, offering a unique blend of stores, restaurants, and fitness establishments in a sprawling 180,000 sqm space.
We are actively searching for a Leasing Manager to enhance our property portfolio and introduce innovation into our leasing strategies. This key role requires a strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record in leasing management, a profound commitment to shaping property narratives, and the ability to inspire a dynamic leasing team. Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Plan and manage the leasing of commercial space, ensuring tenant acquisition aligns with objectives
- Provide market updates and information on competitors to the team and management
- Develop strategic plans aligned with the market and competition to achieve sales targets
Strategize and plan sales team activities in alignment with company goals
Sales and Promotion for the Sales Team:
- Plan and oversee team efforts to achieve leasing targets and maintain customer satisfaction
Monitor and evaluate the sales performance of the team
- Recruit and select stores that match target demographics and maintain a modern image
- Investigate competitors in the same business and gather data on interesting stores for potential leasing
- Prepare leasing proposals and encourage confidence and decision-making among potential tenants
- Coordinate with the property department to deliver leased spaces, oversee store decoration plans, and manage decoration security deposits
Team Management:
Analyze and develop sales strategies that align with market competition
Analyze and address sales team and customer-specific issues
Analyze and enhance sales-related skills for the team
- Build relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction with company services and support a positive working atmosphere for the sales team
Customer Visits and Store Leasing:
Visit locations with the sales team to meet customers regularly
Plan goals for customer visits
Build good relationships with customers
Coordinate and understand tenant convenience
Reporting and Monthly Work Summary:
A monthly report summarizing the number of new, existing, and expiring leases for the sales team.
Report analyzing the increase in new leases and market conditions.
Report summarizing problems, solutions, and plans for the sales team every month
Control and Supervise Sales Team Expenses:
- Control expenses and budgets for the responsible team in line with company policy
- Propose budgets for sales team activities
- Monitor monthly expenses
Manage Debt and Sales Monitoring for the Sales Team:
Regularly monitor outstanding debts
- Collect and compile information on sales-related payment problems for the sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing / Business Administration
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience.
- Experience at the Sales Manager level for at least 3 years
- Special consideration for those with experience in leasing commercial space in shopping centers
