Logistics Manager

The company is the fastest-growing Thailand-based food tech startup. Providing a food supply platform, streamlining the entire food chain process, and aggregating 10,000+ food supply items for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers all while delivering them to your doorstep. Improving efficiency, simplicity, and transparency throughout the process.

You will be responsible for managing timely delivery and logistics expenses effectively. Strategically design and execute a 3PL model to enhance scalability and cost-effectiveness. Lead logistics process enhancements to boost productivity continually. Oversee hub operations and expansion initiatives. Direct logistics planning and dispatcher teams. Expand the company's logistics network and develop new supply chain projects


Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of on-time delivery and logistics cost
• Strategically plan, develop and implement 3PL model in both technology and operation for scaling and cost efficiency
• Initiate and keep improving logistics process to optimize productivity
• Take full responsibility of Hub operations and hub expansion projects
• Take full responsibility of logistics planning and dispatcher team
• Expand the company's logistics network

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in Logistics management and 1+ year in management level
• Growth mindset
• Good leadership skills and communication skills
• Analysis and process setup skill
• Team leading experience
