This role includes achieving sales targets, overseeing customer reception standards, advising clients during site visits, facilitating deal closures, analyzing customer data for marketing strategies, ensuring project readiness, coordinating after-sales services, and preparing sales performance reports. In marketing, tasks involve managing project openings, controlling marketing strategies to meet sales targets, developing effective online and offline marketing strategies, studying competitor projects, and summarizing marketing activities in regular reports

Responsibilities

Sales:

  • Generating sales and project transfers to meet the company's targets

  • Overseeing sales activities by ensuring that the team's customer reception aligns with the company's standards and procedures

  • Defining project details and acting as a consultant to advise clients on the company's projects during site visits

  • Assisting the sales team in closing deals and managing the preparation of customer reservation documents and contracts, including verifying data in the CRM system for customer management

  • Analyzing customer groups and compiling customer data to support marketing strategies

  • Ensuring overall project readiness for customer acceptance, including sales offices, show units, and central facilities within the project

  • Coordinating customer relations and providing after-sales services such as payment collection, following up on financing matters with financial institutions, and delivering units/houses until the transfer of ownership

  • Coordinating with various internal departments such as accounting, finance, legal, and construction to facilitate customer convenience in various matters

  • Preparing reports summarizing sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Marketing:

  • Managing project opening management, planning, and controlling project surveys on-site to study project feasibility and present recommendations to management

  • Controlling and managing marketing strategies for condominium and housing projects to achieve sales and transfer targets

  • Managing and determining project marketing strategies and sales targets

  • Developing marketing strategies both online and offline to suit the current real estate market situation effectively

  • Studying the market and surveying competitor projects for comparison and presenting sales strategies

  • Preparing reports summarizing marketing activities on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Direct experience in real estate marketing is preferred

  • Strong leadership skills with a positive work attitude

  • Creative thinking and strong analytical abilities

  • Good personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficient communication skills

  • Flexible work approach, able to work outside of traditional office settings
