About the Role

As the Head Nurse, you will lead our nursing team to ensure top-tier patient care and safety. Your responsibilities include managing clinical operations, coordinating schedules, mentoring staff, and addressing operational issues. Collaborating with the Head of Operations and CEO, you will drive improvements, ensure protocol compliance, and foster a supportive team environment while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical operations with our team of nurses to ensure that standard operating protocols are met to maintain the highest standard of patient care, and safety.

  • Dispatch new nurses to the client's location, if they are not able to get the vein during infusion therapy, and blood therapy.

  • Host regular meetings with our team of nurses to understand problems, and receive feedback to continuously improve standard operating protocol.

  • Report to the Head of Operations, and CEO with any operational, and clinical issues that need to be resolved

  • Manage recruitment of nurses when maximum capacity of work is reached.

  • Manage the release of nurses in the case of breaching standard operating protocol, or misconduct to cause risk to patient safety, care, or experience.

  • Facilitate, and resolve any disagreements between teams of nurses (if required)

  • Manage appointments with our team of nurses (part-time and full-time) with respect to location, personal schedules, maximum capacity of bookings/da,y, and overtime for each nurse.

  • Manage collection of blood and urine samples with laboratories and result schedule.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); a Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration is preferred.

  • Preferable to have experience in an IV drip or wellness clinic

  • Current and valid nursing and first aid/ CPR license in Thailand.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing nursing teams and improving patient care standards.

  • Experience in handling staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in clinical procedures and advanced nursing practices.

  • Adept at conflict resolution and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR).
