About the Role

As the Head of Operation, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing and digital marketing initiatives for the company. You will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and will play a critical role in shaping the company's overall growth strategy. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition

  • Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of all marketing content including website, social media, email campaigns, advertising, and more

  • Manage a team of marketing and digital marketing specialists, providing mentorship and guidance to help them grow in their roles

  • Analyze marketing and digital marketing performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. sales, product, engineering) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices

  • Manage marketing and digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful operational strategies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically

  • Proficient in using various operational and analytics tools (e.g. project management software, ERP systems)

  • Bachelor's degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
