We are a food supply chain online platform that aggregates over 10,000 items of food supplies, both fresh and dry, for restaurants, hotels, cafes, and caterers and delivers to their doorsteps within 24 hours.


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain as Service Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of supply chain services to our clients, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize processes, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding supply chain services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations

  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback

Service Delivery:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of supply chain services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute service delivery effectively and efficiently

  • Monitor service performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement

Process Optimization:

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality

  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and drive operational excellence

  • Lead Cross-functional teams in process improvement projects and initiatives

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet client needs and project requirements

  • Planand coordinate staffing, training, and development activities for the supply chain services team

  • Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as needed to optimize productivity

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and challenges in supply chain operations and develop mitigation strategies

  • Proactively address issues and escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or managerial role

  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive results

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively to address complex challenges

Working Condition

  • This is a full-time position based at office in Bangkok, Thailand (near MRT Phetchaburi)

  • Regular office hours are from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
