About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager (Automotive AfterService) to join the team in Bangkok, Thailand. You will report directly to the CEO, and be responsible for planning sales strategies and managing organizational operations to achieve goals. Analyze the competitive sales environment and determine the sales direction and information dissemination. Oversee the company's sales efforts, maintaining ongoing relationships with old and new customers.
Responsibilities
Sales Management: Achieve sales targets set by the company
Team Management: Oversee the sales team to align with plans and goals, develop sales strategies, set customer care budgets, forecast sales targets, prepare team performance reports, track new business developments, and provide guidance to the team for problem-solving
Customer Engagement: Visit, support, and maintain good relationships with existing customers and dealers, providing continuous advice on services and products, ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and providing various conveniences
Training & Promotion: Provide product/service training and regularly promote new offerings to customers
Collaboration & CRM: Collaborate with other departments, manage customer information in the CRM system, and update the Line Group
Communication & Coordination: Create communication materials, coordinate with customers, and follow up on work for continuous improvement
Contract & Financial Management: Draft sales contracts, ensure internal coordination, and review financial documents like memos and PRs
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
At least 3 years of experience in sales team management
Communication skills: Good communication, problem-solving skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic decision-making techniques: Evaluate situations accurately to make correct decision
Computer skills: Proficient with Google Maps, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Basic automotive knowledge: Basic knowledge about automobiles, such as maintenance, basic troubleshooting, automotive business and relevant laws (will be considered a plus)
Willingness to travel and provide customer service outside regular hours (if required)

- This is a full-time position based at office in Bangkok, Thailand (near MRT Rama9)
