Their offices are scattered across the ASEAN region and are expanding, with their headquarters in Singapore and subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

They provide innovative solutions that meet the needs of their clients by delivering via two separate departments, General Laboratory and Molecular & Clinical Research. They have been helping numerous clients in many industries such as government/private hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical devices industries, F&B manufacturing, commercial testing centres, environment, public health centres, service laboratories, learning institutes, and research-intensive universities.

About the Role

As the Head of Sales for the Bangkok office, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to drive revenue growth across the company's diverse product and service offerings. This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the Bangkok region

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales goals

  • Identify new business opportunities and markets, and devise effective sales plans to capitalize on them

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

  • Analyze sales data, trends, and market intelligence to inform decision-making and refine sales tactics

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to align sales efforts with broader business objectives

  • Oversee the sales budget and monitor performance against financial targets

  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the medical technology industries

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience working in Thailands healthcare sector is preferred

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Familiarity with the Southeast Asian market and the ability to navigate the local business landscape

  • Fluency in English and Thai

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
