Our client is a large-scale physical retail mall managed like a startup as it reinvents and is reborn into an entirely new concept. They have redefined their retail with a "Fit by Day, Fun by Night" concept, offering a unique blend of stores, restaurants, and fitness establishments in a sprawling 180,000 sqm space.
We're seeking a Content Producer/Multimedia Designer to create engaging digital content for various platforms. Combines creativity with technical skills to produce visual/audio content that resonates with the audience, supports brand identity, and drives engagement.
Responsibilities
- Graphic Design
Designing visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website images, email marketing templates, and promotional materials using design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Video Production
Planning, filming, and editing video content that aligns with marketing strategies. This includes product demos, company promos, social media videos, and educational content
- Photography
Taking high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, social media posts, and online content. Managing photo shoots and editing images for optimal presentation
- Content Strategy
Collaborating with marketing teams to develop content strategies that support brand goals and engage target audiences
- Social Media Management
Creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content strategy
- Project Management
Managing content projects from concept through completion, ensuring content is delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Proven experience in graphic design, video production, photography, and content creation. A portfolio showcasing diverse multimedia projects
Proficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud), video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), and familiarity with CMS platforms
Strong creative vision with the ability to produce innovative and engaging content
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling content and collaborating with team members
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of SEO principles and social media best practices
Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics) to measure performance and inform content strategy
Ability to adapt to new technologies and digital trends
