About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Growth to drive the go-to-market strategy, enterprise SaaS sales, and expansion of AI-driven solutions. This is a pivotal role that requires a hands-on leader who can build a sales function from scratch, develop a compelling value proposition, and establish scalable revenue channels. The ideal candidate will have experience taking a product from 0 to 1, particularly within Enterprise SaaS and B2B sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Generative AI solutions.
- Define and communicate the value proposition, ensuring it resonates with enterprise clients.
- Build the sales infrastructure from the ground up, including creating sales kits, demos, and inbound sales channels.
- Conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demos to showcase solutions.
- Develop and refine scalable sales processes to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to leverage AI capabilities, ensuring the product evolves to meet market demands.
- Establish and optimize an inbound sales website to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to scale and spin-off successful business lines as independent companies.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and partnership development.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development and sales team.
Qualifications
- 7 - 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in an early-stage startup.
- Ability to present advanced enterprise solutions in an easily digestible way.
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for sales and marketing, with a strong desire to take ownership and drive results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
