Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the Role

This role works closely with the CEO to execute strategic plans, manage KPIs, and find new opportunities for growth. Ideal for a strong leader with experience in consumer goods, healthcare, or cosmetics, and a hands-on approach to team and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, etc.)
• Set and drive KPIs to achieve business goals
• Work directly with CEO to execute strategic plans
• Identify opportunities for growth and process improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in consumer goods, cosmetics, or healthcare is a plus
• Strong team management and project coordination skills
• Business mindset with the ability to solve problems and make decisions independently
• Excellent communication and leadership presence

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai
• Fluent English
