About the Role

As a Lead Business Analyst, you are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using analytical skills to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations including designing a Business Requirement Documentation for the stakeholders. BAs engage with business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value to the business.

You'll work with our clients who are the top 5 financial institutions of Thailand and leverage a real-time Enterprise Fraud Solution platform which is the best in class in machine learning technique which is recognized in Gartner Market Guide for Online Fraud detection.


Responsibilities

  • This is a customer-facing role, you will works directly with the customer and delivery team to fully understand the business and deliver the solutions that are fit for purpose including support the customer and relevant technical stakeholders to integrate to our suite of products
  • Conduct the business requirement gathering workshop with all stakeholders to design a Business Requirement Document and data mapping for integration
  • Design Business Data mapping between companys solution and customers system to meet the business requirements
  • Lead a team of UAT members in conducting UAT and responsible in working with users/ development teams in achieving the project implementation on time
  • Conduct UAT kick off to communicate with users about overall features and UAT plan
  • Review UAT test cases/ test scripts covered on test scope
  • Support during SIT in terms of any business requirements need clarification
  • Incorporate with relevant stakeholders to prepare test data/test activities and environment readiness validation on UAT phase
  • Manage UAT teams to execute testing of the software applications per agreed timelines
  • Maintain test documentations such as UAT sign-off, test plans & test reports etc.
  • Liaise with various development teams on UAT defects tracking & resolution
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the Business Analyst team members

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field

    • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles

    • Experiences working on large integration projects with multiple stakeholders and organizations

    • Have a good knowledge of software testing and software development life cycle

    • Experience in core banking systems datasource attributes and use cases

    • Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing

    • guidelines in these areas for others

    • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

    • Ability to travel to the customers site if required

    • Experiences working with banks or financial industries (Preferable)

    • Understanding in the fraud industry (Preferable)

    • Have a technical background or coding experiences (Preferable)

    • Tools: Jira, Confluence (Preferable)

    • Strong command of English and Thai
