About the Role
As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to plan, organize, and control resources, processes, and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, including resource allocation, planning, and communication between customers and partners. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the timely and successful implementation of a real-time Enterprise Fraud Solution platform, recognized in the Gartner Market Guide for Online Fraud Detection, for one of Thailand’s Top 5 financial institutions.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring progress against milestones and budgets
Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliverables are successfully achieved
Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables
Oversee vendor integration where applicable, tracking and reviewing vendor deliverables
Liaise with various users across the organization to analyze and document requirements
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Design and finalize contracts; participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review
Design risk mitigation plans and conduct project reviews, creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimize processes and improve the overall project approach where necessary
Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects to drive business success
Manage projects from a high-level perspective throughout the entire execution to ensure success in terms of scope, budget, and timeline
Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements
Review and approve proposed modifications to project plans, ensuring beneficial changes are effectively implemented
Lead mid- to long-term execution of functional strategy and guide the operational direction of the department
Address complex problems requiring extensive investigation and analysis
Influence and communicate with executive leadership to ensure alignment with practices and approaches
Qualifications
Proven time management and organizational skills with experience in establishing guidelines for others
4-7+ years of experience in project management, preferably with integration projects involving multiple stakeholders and organizations
Experience working with banks or financial institutions is preferred
PMP or a related project management certification is a plus
Strong technical background is essential
Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work on-site at customer locations (Rama 3) or relocate based on project needs
