The ideal candidate will be a new-generation executive with a modern approach to leadership, deeply connected to the evolving landscape of global and Thai hospitality. You will oversee all aspects of the Group Hotels' operations, strategy, and brand growth while ensuring excellence in service, profitability, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the company to drive growth, profitability, and brand excellence.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless efficiency across all properties, from intimate boutique hotels to large-scale 200+ key establishments.
Market Expansion: Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and innovation in the Thai and international hospitality markets.
Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and lead a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and guest-centric service.
Financial & Business Performance: Drive revenue, optimize costs, and ensure profitability while maintaining high service standards and sustainability.
Brand & Guest Experience: Maintain and elevate Group Hotels' reputation by delivering outstanding experiences that cater to modern travelers and luxury seekers.
Sustainability & Innovation: Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of managing both boutique hotels and large-scale properties (200+ keys).
Extensive experience overseeing hotels ranging from 3-star to 5-star categories.
Background in managing and growing both small boutique hotel chains and large hospitality brands.
Experience in managing multiple hotels simultaneously, with oversight of more than 5 properties being ideal.
Strong business acumen with expertise in financial management, operations, and strategic growth.
Experience leading and managing diverse teams, including sales, accounting, marketing, operations, and HR.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire teams and build strong industry relationships.
Fluent in English and highly proficient in Thai (spoken and written).
A well-traveled individual with a global perspective and deep understanding of international guest expectations.
Bonus: Candidates with experience managing hotels overseas or having studied abroad are highly desirable, as global exposure is key to shaping the Group Hotels to an international standard.
