StartupBreed is hiring a full-time Talent Hunter / Recruiter to be part of our pioneer team. Our team has been hiring for top startups, tech firms, and innovative business units. The clients include Netflix, Apple, Traveloka, Gojek, and other inspiring companies. Although we currently are further building the traditional recruitment arm, our goal is to become a full-fledged tech company that revolutionizes the recruitment industry.

What you will do

• Help drive the full-cycle recruiting process for inspiring companies
• Prepare job descriptions and source candidates creatively (inbound/ outbound & online/ offline) to find the diamonds in the rough
• Sort and screen resumes, contact references, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates
• Explore creative marketing methods to attract and engage with top-potential
• Organize our efforts into the relevant systems and update back-office processes
• Attend, engage and build relationships with stakeholders at internal and external events
• Take ownership of the candidate's experience and make sure they love you & us
• Build and maintain happy relationships with all our people touchpoints: Candidates, hiring managers, and business partners

• Know how to draft professional communications & are detail-oriented
• Know how to manage yourself and your time effectively
• Have an understanding of full-cycle recruiting and creative sourcing strategies
• Can manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Quick on your feet and know how to solve problems
• Can work under pressure and deliver results within timeframes
• Native Thai speaker, but your English is also pretty good
• Thai nationals only

Nice to have

• Bachelors degree in human resources, business, communications, or a similar field
• Knowledge of or previous experience as a recruiter/ customer service/ sales

• Base salary of 18K - 35K THB (depending on experience & skills)
