About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies. This role requires one with a passion for storytelling and branding, capable of developing campaigns that not only enhance brand visibility but also drive measurable business outcomes, including sales and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution
    • Design and implement creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target customers in a competitive market

    • Propose and execute brand campaigns that align with the brands voice and objectives across all channels (online & offline)

  • Content & Visual Direction
    • Guide the development of captivating content and creative assets, ensuring alignment with the brands identity and guidelines

    • Collaborate with designers and creatives to oversee visual and art direction across marketing touchpoints

  • Market Insights & Analysis
    • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities

    • Use insights to recommend strategic adjustments that enhance brand impact and product positioning

  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization
    • Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure alignment with KPIs (awareness, engagement, and sales)

    • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve results, with a focus on generating tangible business outcomes

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in skincare & beauty is preferred

  • Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and presentation skills

  • Highly motivated with strong problem-solving skills

  • Pays great attention to detail and accuracy in work and takes pride in delivering high-quality output.

  • Quick learner, team player, and ability to work independently.

  • Customer-focused/Strong networking skills

Working Conditions
