They provide innovative solutions that meet the needs of their clients by delivering via two separate departments, General Laboratory and Molecular & Clinical Research. They have been helping numerous clients in many industries such as government/private hospitals, pharmaceutical and medical devices sector, F&B manufacturing, commercial testing centres, environment, public health centres, service laboratories, learning institutes and research-intensive universities.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will launch new products for the Healthcare/Molecular Diagnostics section. You will work with their regional and local teams to get the right products and perform feasibility tests for these products in Thailand by doing market research and working closely with KOLs to build strong market needs. Your role involves leading, inspiring, and strategizing to ensure that the product portfolio reaches new heights across various market areas successfully by working closely with the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; and establishing time schedules
  • Develops strategy, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets
  • Formulate strategies and business plans for product management and growth
  • Lead the development of promotional activities
  • Manage key accounts and identify new customers
  • Evaluate customer needs and market competition
  • Rolling forecast by cooperating with the sales team
  • Manage sales strategies to improve market share and profitability for the business
  • Provide regular reports to management on market/customer/sales movements and market trends of new and existing products in the local market
  • Build the company's image in the market as a reliable partner for all their needs

Qualifications

  • Masters/ Bachelors in Biotechnology, Medical Technology, Biomedical, or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant product management experience
  • Familiarity in Molecular Diagnostics/In-Vitro Diagnostics market and customers
  • Experience in new launch products and exploring new customers
  • Good proficiency (spoken and written) in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence customers.
