About the Role

We are seeking an Operation Manager to join our team. This role involves strategic planning, sales management, operational oversight, team leadership, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will ensure competitive, efficient, and profitable store operations while fostering employee development and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual business plans, including budget, manpower, strategy, and training.

  • Set sales targets and drive sales to ensure achievement.

  • Continuously evaluate local and domestic market trends, vendors, and competitors to keep company operations competitive.

  • Assess sales trends and implement action plans to close sales gaps.

  • Develop and improve processes and systems to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all stores operate according to standard operating procedures.

  • Analyze weekly and monthly reports on sales, controllable expenses, and profit, taking timely actions to ensure each store operates profitably and maximizes resources.

  • Lead the team in creating, developing, and updating related procedures, systems, and operational manuals.

  • Maximize employee productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible rostering to meet business goals and customer expectations.

  • Train, coach, counsel, and develop the Area Manager and Store Management Team to achieve company standards and goals.

  • Conduct annual performance appraisals with Area Managers, support their professional development, and ensure they conduct annual appraisals with their employees.

  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant business partners.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing multi-brand store operations

  • Proven experience with budgeting, P&L, and forecasting

  • Proficiency in English and computer literacy

  • Strong skills in driving for results

  • Excellent people management, motivation, and leadership skills

  • Willingness to travel across provinces or for overnight trips as required

Working Condition

  • This is a full-time position based at the office in Bangkok, Thailand near BTS Siam

  • Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
