About the Role

As a Mid-Level Business Development Executive at our dynamic organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion strategy. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across key industry verticals.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify potential clients, partners, and market trends that align with the agency's portfolio of marketing services and solutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads and secure new business opportunities in the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Engage in consultative sales discussions to understand client pain points, marketing objectives, and decision-making processes.
  • Craft tailored proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our marketing solutions and how they can address client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Creative, and Digital, to ensure a seamless client onboarding and delivery experience.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to identify growth strategies and recommend new service offerings.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and client advocacy.
  • Contribute to the development of the agency's growth strategy and assist in the creation of go-to-market plans.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within a marketing agency or professional services firm

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics tools to track and optimize sales performance

  • Adaptable and innovative mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on emerging marketing trends

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex client challenges

  • Fluency in English and Thai
