Responsibilities
- Strategize and actively engage in day-to-day activities, bringing a 360-degree skill set in marketing and branding to ensure consistent and impactful execution
- Led an internal event team along with overseeing an outsourced digital agency to integrate events into the overall marketing strategy seamlessly
- Devise and execute strategies to activate the community, creating events and experiences that resonate with the target audience and enhance the mall lifestyle appeal
- Work closely with PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding, leveraging media relationships for enhanced brand visibility
- Leverage a background in media and publishing to create innovative and engaging content that extends the reach and resonates with the community
- Promote existing media networks to amplify brand messages, events, and campaigns, fostering greater community engagement
- Challenge traditional retail marketing norms by implementing unconventional and creative strategies that set the mall apart in the market
- Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, exploring new avenues and partnerships that align with brand vision and lifestyle-centric approach
- Infuse out-of-the-box thinking into every aspect of marketing and branding, ensuring the mall remains a trendsetter in the retail and lifestyle industry
- Stay updated on industry trends and infuse fresh ideas into creative projects
Effectively manage the creative budget for optimal resource allocation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the retail, lifestyle, media, or real estate industry
- Proven track record of successful brand development and creative strategy implementation
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and multichannel campaigns
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and lead creative teams
Proven experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Ability to align creative efforts with business goals and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the brand
- Keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and a proven ability to infuse innovation into creative projects
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
