About the Role

As the Medical Tourism Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will be critical in attracting and managing group bookings, tour packages, and client accounts for internal visitors seeking wellness and medical services. This role combines sales, account management, and promotional strategy, requiring someone who can create tailored packages, collaborate with sales agents and tour operators, and ensure a seamless experience for medical tourism clients. You will work to grow the clinic's reputation as a premier destination for wellness and medical tourism.

Responsibilities

Sales and Account Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with sales agents, tour operators, and medical tourism agencies for group bookings and individual packages.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tour groups and clients seeking medical and wellness treatments, handling inquiries, bookings, and client concerns.

  • Build a thorough understanding of client and group needs, customizing the clinic offerings to match their expectations and ensure an exceptional experience.

  • Collaborate with the finance department on invoicing payment tracking, and financial connections related to group packages and individual accounts.

Package and Promotion Development

  • Design and develop tailored tour packages and special promotions, combining the clinics, wellness, and medical services to attract a diverse international clientele.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote medical tourism packages, highlighting the clinic's unique, medical expertise, and holistic wellness offerings.

  • Research and understand global wellness and medical tourism trends to create appealing packages that cater to the needs of international visitors.

  • Track and analyze package performance, making recommendations for adjustments or new offerings based on client feedback, sales metrics, and market trends.

Partner and Agent Collaboration

  • Work closely with travel agents, medical tourism facilities, and other third-party partners to streamline bookings and ensure smooth client interactions.

  • Organize webinars, informational sessions, and events for tour operators and sales agents to showcase the club's offerings and promote new packages.

  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with agents and partners, updating them regularly on special offers, package availability, and new services.

Client Experience Coordination

  • Oversee the client journey for medical tourism groups, coordinating with front-line staff, medical professionals, and wellness providers to ensure an integrated, high-quality experience.

  • Manage logistics for large group bookings, including scheduling consultations, wellness treatments, and follow-up care for international clients.

  • Anticipate client needs for a seamless experience, handling special requests, cultural considerations, and language needs.

Reporting and Strategic Planning

  • Track and report on package sales, client feedback, and account status, providing monthly updates to management on key metrics.

  • Work with the leadership team to adjust sales strategies and develop long-term plans for growing the medical tourism segment.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities for medical tourism by networking with international travel and wellness communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in medical tourism, healthcare, hospitality, or wellness industries.

  • Understanding of or interest in medical tourism, wellness services, and international healthcare markets.

  • Proven track record in managing sales pipelines, and developing partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and wellness service providers.

  • Strong ability to drive revenue through sales strategies, upselling, and negotiations with international partners.
