About the Role

As the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will drive revenue generation, commercial strategy, and business development. You will be instrumental in selling the companys capabilities to a diverse client base, ensuring market positioning aligns with a premium brand offering. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate as an individual contributor initially, before scaling and building a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive enterprise-level sales growth for the company's AI capabilities.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with large enterprises and SMEs to position the company's software solutions effectively.
  • Build a scalable sales and business development framework that supports long-term revenue expansion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and pricing models.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing commercial team as the business scales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to refine the company's commercial roadmap and align marketing and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in consulting or service sales.
  • Background in business development, sales, and commercial strategy.
  • Experience selling enterprise-level solutions with a premium brand positioning.
  • Strong ability to develop business from scratch, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Track record of success in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
  • Ability to navigate large, complex enterprises while also engaging SMEs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
