About the Role

They are looking for a hands-on, ambitious Sales & Marketing Lead with solid experience in SaaS sales. You will have a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying prospects, generating leads, and contributing to the development of the sales processes.

You will help expand the market for our cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, engaging directly with business leaders. This is a hyper-growth opportunity where you will play a key role in shaping the company's exciting future, supported by an outstanding team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to align marketing and sales strategies.
  • Identify prospects for the company's products within Thailand, particularly advertising managers and CMOs, and secure initial clients in the digital advertising market.
  • Own the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, while continuously striving to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Generate leads throughout online and offline channels to schedule meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Create marketing and sales material, such as presentations, product demos, and videos.
  • Help shape winning sales SOPs and select tools to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally in an early-stage startup.
  • Ability to present advanced enterprise solutions in an easily digestible way.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for sales and marketing, with a strong desire to take ownership and drive results.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Thai national, fluent English.
