About the Role
The AI Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily clinical and operational functions of Pride Health through the use of AI and Tech. This role ensures that patients receive seamless, safe, and compliant healthcare experiences from first contact to prescription fulfillment by leveraging Pride Healths AI and automation technology stack. You will manage patient operations, regulatory compliance, logistics, and cross-functional coordination between clinical, technology, and fulfillment teams in Thailand and the Philippines.
Responsibilities
Patient Operations & Engagement
- Oversee end-to-end patient operations from onboarding new patients to managing ongoing and repeat consultations
- Coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and prescription renewals to ensure continuity of care
- Use Pride Healths AI and automation tools to streamline patient engagement, reminders, and follow-up workflows
- Monitor patient satisfaction and design engagement programs to improve reactivation and retention
Clinical & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Thai FDA regulations, healthcare laws, and telemedicine requirements
- Oversee customs and shipping documentation for medication delivery, ensuring proper declaration and adherence to import/export rules
- Maintain awareness of evolving healthcare regulations across Thailand and key regional markets
Inventory & Fulfillment Management
- Manage and track medical inventory levels and product expiry timelines
- Source and negotiate inventory with supplier and clinic partners
- Ensure that online product listings and pricing are accurate and regularly updated
- Oversee fulfillment and packaging teams in Thailand and the Philippines to ensure timely, compliant delivery
AI Technology & Automation
- Collaborate closely with the IT team to design, test, and deploy AI-driven automation for patient intake, follow-up, and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual operations using automation and analytics
- Contribute to data governance and operational reporting frameworks
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and train the customer service and fulfillment teams to maintain consistent service standards
- Foster a patient-first, inclusive, and efficient team culture aligned with Pride Healths values
- Support cross-functional communication between medical, technical, and operations teams
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related field (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations, telehealth, or healthcare service delivery
- Strong understanding of Thai FDA regulations and healthcare logistics
- Proven ability to manage multi-country fulfillment and operations teams
- Excellent written and spoken English; Thai proficiency is a plus
- Tech-savvy and experienced in AI, digital tools, CRMs, or automation platforms
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of remote collaboration
- Preferably a member or ally of the LGBTQ+ community
