They provide comprehensive care focused on long-term health, blending modern medical practices with personalized wellness solutions. The group is expanding into Malaysia and is looking for a Clinic Manager to lead this new branch.

About the Role

The Clinic Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the Malaysia clinic. For the first two months, the selected candidate will undergo training in Bangkok to learn protocols, workflows, and systems before returning to Malaysia to set up and lead operations.

This role blends clinical leadership with operational management, covering nursing staff, front desk, billing, lab, training, and support functions, to deliver a seamless patient experience. The Clinic Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and foster a supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Manage daily clinical operations to ensure standard operating protocols (SOPs) are met for the highest standard of patient care and safety.
  • Host regular meetings with nurses to identify issues, provide feedback, and improve SOPs.
  • Oversee clinical training, skill development, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Manage recruitment of nurses when workload reaches maximum capacity, and oversee disciplinary processes when SOPs or patient safety standards are breached.
  • Resolve conflicts or disagreements within nursing teams to maintain a collaborative culture.
  • Coordinate collection of blood and urine samples with laboratories and results scheduling.

Clinic Operations & Patient Experience

  • Oversee front desk and billing operations, ensuring smooth patient check-in, accurate billing, and effective coordination with nurses.
  • Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and clinical license requirements.
  • Optimize patient scheduling, flow, and communication.
  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences through end-to-end care coordination.
  • Recruit, onboard and manage new administrative staff to support back-office functions such as IT, accounting, purchasing, and stock.

Cross-Department Management

  • Lead and manage multiple departments reporting to the Clinic Manager, including: Front desk & billing, Nursing and nurse assistants, Pharmacy/dispensary, Lab operations, Training & SOP coordination, IT support, Purchasing, Stock, Accounting
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between medical and support staff for operational excellence.
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and develop staff across all teams.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Report clinical and operational issues to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine workflows, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
  • Contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN); a Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
  • Current and valid nursing license; First Aid/CPR certification required.
    5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or clinic management role.
  • Proven track record in managing clinic operations across multiple functions (nursing, front desk, billing, lab, support).
  • Experience in IV drip therapy, regenerative medicine, or wellness clinics is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in clinical procedures, advanced nursing practices, and EMR systems.
  • Adept at conflict resolution, staff development, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
