About the Role
We are implementing agentic AI workflows to transform how our company of 1,000 employees operates. Data is the foundation of this transformation.
We are seeking a Data Engineer to design and maintain the data pipelines that connect our company systems (ERP, HR, Finance, CRM) to AI-powered workflows. You will work closely with the n8n Workflow Developer, Program Manager, and external vendors to ensure data is reliable, secure, and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from internal systems. Ensure workflows have access to accurate and timely data.
- Integration & APIs: Develop APIs or connectors to integrate legacy systems with automation tools (n8n, AI services). Optimize data flows for performance and scalability.
- Data Quality & Security: Clean and validate data to prevent errors in AI outputs. Implement data governance and access control. Monitor pipelines for failures and fix issues promptly.
- Collaboration: Work with Workflow Developers to supply structured data for automation. Support Program Manager with technical insights for reporting and KPIs. Document data pipelines and provide clear handover notes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-6 years experience as a Data Engineer, BI Engineer, or System Integrator.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL pipelines, and data integration tools.
- Experience with APIs, REST/JSON, and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
- Full working proficiency in English
