About the Role

The Gymnastics Coach plays a key role in delivering high-quality artistic gymnastics training to a diverse group of students, ranging from preschool beginners to competitive athletes.

This role is ideal for an experienced coach who is confident in their technical ability, enjoys working with children, and thrives in a dynamic, performance-driven environment. You will work closely with the Program Director and coaching team to develop athletes, ensure safety standards, and contribute to a positive and engaging training atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured gymnastics coaching sessions for students aged 3–15 years
  • Coach a mix of beginner, intermediate, and competitive-level athletes
  • Plan and execute lessons aligned with skill progression and safety standards
  • Supervise and manage classes (average 8–10 students per class)
  • Provide individualized feedback to support student development
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and injury prevention practices
  • Support competitive team training
  • Engage with parents and students professionally, building strong rapport
  • Assist in events, showcases, and competitions when required
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain a supportive and energetic environment

Qualifications

  • Female coaches preferred
  • Strong background in Artistic Gymnastics (competitive experience required)
  • Proven hands-on coaching experience — must know what they're doing technically
  • Gymnastics coaching certification preferred (Level 1 or Level 2 minimum)
  • Ability to coach children across different age groups and skill levels
  • Strong understanding of safety standards and proper technique
  • Experience coaching competitive gymnastics teams
  • Passion or exposure to aerial arts or performance disciplines

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai
  • Full Working Proficient English

Working Conditions

  • Phuket, Thailand
  • Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Occasional additional hours for events, competitions, or morning sessions, and on-site role within a professional training facility
