Senior Sales Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth and develop strong relationships with healthcare providers across Bangkok and Thailand.

This role focuses on building partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals, introducing innovative healthcare solutions, and managing the full sales process from initial contact through long-term account development.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven, commercially minded sales professional who is passionate about healthcare innovation and comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with clinics, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key decision makers across Bangkok and Thailand
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Present products, quality standards, and scientific foundations to healthcare providers
• Manage the sales process from first contact through onboarding and long-term account management
• Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth
• Represent the company at conferences, events, and customer meetings
• Gather market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support commercial strategy
• Collaborate closely with the Thailand team, as well as international commercial, medical, and operational teams

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of sales experience, ideally within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or related industries
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in relationship building and business development
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, or medical organizations is highly preferred
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-growing startup environment
• Based in Bangkok or surrounding areas, or willing to relocate

Language Proficiency

• Native Thai
• Working proficiency in English
