About the Role
The Pre-Sales Solution Architect will play a critical role in bridging business needs, technical solutions, and client engagement. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and present integrated smart hospital solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and propose suitable technical solutions
- Design end-to-end cloud solutions
- Support the sales team in client meetings, demos, and proposals
- Explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, product, service)
- Customise solutions based on client requirements
- Support system integration (APIs, data flow, ERP connections)
- Stay updated on new technologies, especially from Oracle
- Serve as the main point of contact (PoC) with Oracle Cloud, managing system integrations and supporting ongoing development initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–8 years of experience in pre-sales, solution architect, or technical consulting
- Experience with system integration or enterprise systems
- In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with clients and internal teams
- Able to turn business needs into technical solutions
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
- Full Working Proficient English
