About the Role

The Head of Human Resources role is responsible for elevating the organizations culture and driving innovation across all people strategies. This position requires a visionary leader with a strong background in HR management, a commitment to enhancing the employee experience, and the capability to guide and inspire a highly collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee the performance management system and conduct feedback sessions
  • Lead the development and improvement of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee benefits programs and develop incentive schemes
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts
  • Self-recruitment and when necessary collaborate with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent
  • Utilize HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics
  • Champion DEI initiatives and implement strategies for equity and fairness
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and industry regulations
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies
  • Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and effectively
  • Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives and transitions
  • Improve the internal control and standard of work
  • Support the CEO in formulating policies and providing all facts needed for the Board of Directors to make decisions
  • Provides strong leadership and direction on key functional areas including recruitment, HR business partner, HRIS & policies, compensation & benefit, and organizational development

HR Management:

  • Hiring, training, and supervising staff, and fostering a productive and positive work environment. Improve the internal control, KPI and standard of work
  • Implement the company policies based on corporate guidelines to align with the corporate directions and achieve business goals
  • Drives all efforts around increasing employee engagement within the function
  • Build organization effectiveness
  • Build Performance Management culture to ensure that employees are fairly rewarded and well-developed in the right direction
  • Ensure HR Operations are complied with rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong understanding of Thai labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and HR operational standards
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and organizational frameworks
  • Hands-on experience in key HR functions: recruitment, HRBP, compensation & benefits, performance management, HRIS, and employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues and workplace conflicts
  • Strong experience designing and managing performance management systems and KPIs
  • Ability to build employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Experience leading organizational changes, transitions, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use HR analytics for insights and decision-making
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising HR teams and improving internal processes

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai, Full Working Proficient English
