About the Role
As the Content Creator, you will focus primarily on developing engaging, relevant, and high-quality content that helps strengthen the brand, increase audience engagement, and make conversations around mental health more accessible and relatable. You will be responsible for turning ideas, trends, insights, and complex topics into compelling content across the company's digital and social media channels. You will work closely with internal team members, creative partners, and outsourced teams to bring content ideas to life. While the primary focus of this role is Content Creation, you will also use basic content and marketing performance insights to understand what works, identify opportunities for improvement, and help optimise future content. Responsibilities
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for both social media and digital channels
- Create content plans, concepts, captions, scripts, and other written materials
- Turn mental health and wellbeing topics into content that is accessible, relatable, and engaging for a general audience
- Develop storytelling angles that align with brand and communication objectives
- Research relevant trends, audience interests, and content opportunities
- Adapt content ideas for different platforms and formats
Content Planning & Execution
- Support the development and execution of content calendars
- Plan content based on marketing objectives, campaigns, seasonal opportunities, and audience interests
- Coordinate content production from concept through to publication
- Work closely with Graphic Designers, Video Editors, internal stakeholders, and external creative partners
- Prepare clear creative briefs and communicate content requirements effectively
- Ensure content is delivered on time and according to agreed objectives
Content Performance & Optimisation
- Monitor the performance of published content across relevant platforms
- Track key metrics such as reach, engagement, views, watch time, shares, saves, clicks, and other relevant indicators
- Identify content trends and insights that can improve future creative decisions.
- Use basic data and performance insights to optimise content topics, formats, messaging, and creative approaches
- Support the preparation and maintenance of basic content performance reports and dashboards
- Work with internal and outsourced marketing partners to align content with broader campaign objectives
- Summarise external performance marketing activities and results, providing key insights and reports to management
Brand & Quality Control
- Ensure content is consistent with brand voice and communication guidelines.
- Review content for clarity, accuracy, and quality before publication
- Ensure sensitive mental health topics are communicated responsibly and appropriately
- Work with relevant internal experts or stakeholders when content requires additional review
- Maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across digital channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2–4+ years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation and storytelling ability
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms
- Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics and digital marketing analytics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or startups
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, GA4, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
- Full Working Proficient English
