We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician RM5 to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Mechanical Technician RM5, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment and machinery. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs to ensure optimal functioning of all equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical equipment and machinery - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues - Make necessary repairs and replacements to equipment - Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed - Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations - Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times - Keep work area clean and organized - Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding any equipment or maintenance issues - Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians, as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment - Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical positions We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
