This is a full-time, permanent position that will require you to work on a rotational schedule, with both day and night shifts. As a Day/Night Drilling Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all drilling operations and ensuring that they are carried out in a safe and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all aspects of the drilling operations, including rig setup, drilling activities, and well completion. - Ensure that all drilling operations are carried out in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. - Monitor and analyze drilling data to identify any potential issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize drilling performance. - Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and logistics, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. - Develop and implement drilling plans and procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. - Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to promote a safe working environment. - Provide guidance and mentorship to drilling crew members to ensure they are properly trained and following best practices. - Keep accurate records of drilling activities, including daily reports, time sheets, and equipment maintenance logs. - Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on drilling progress and address any concerns or issues. - Participate in pre-spud meetings and post-well reviews to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in drilling operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Extensive knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment, and procedures. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. - Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including day and night shifts. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
