Job Title: HR & Admin Manager

Job Purpose:
The HR & Admin Manager will oversee human resources and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and operational excellence. The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end HR functions, setting up teams in dynamic environments, and handling administrative processes across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.

Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.

Manage compensation, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.

Oversee HRIS systems, reporting, and data integrity.

Supervise administrative functions including office leases, permits, procurement, and travel/visa processes.

Liaise with government bodies, vendors, and service providers.

Provide regional HR/admin support and ensure process consistency.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters/HR certifications preferred).

810 years HR & Admin experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in startup or fast-paced environments.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employee relations.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.

English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage.
