Job Title: Wireline Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To lead and supervise slickline and wireline operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of well intervention activities in compliance with company and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise slickline operations including X-mas tree maintenance, pumping operations, and well intervention activities.

• Prepare detailed operational plans covering scope, manpower, equipment, schedules, and contingencies.

• Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of crews, tools, and equipment to well sites.

• Ensure availability and readiness of tools, vehicles, lifting equipment, and third-party services.

• Oversee on-site execution in line with approved procedures and operational standards.

• Manage inventory, procurement, and storage of slickline tools and consumables.

• Monitor operational budgets and control costs related to manpower, equipment, and logistics.

• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations, permit-to-work systems, and company policies.

• Review and submit accurate job reports and operational documentation.

• Mentor and supervise field crews to ensure competency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related field).

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in wireline/slickline operations and well intervention within the oil & gas industry.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of slickline tools, wellhead systems, and completion equipment.

• Excellent planning, leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple operations and make sound decisions under pressure.
